SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Once we have installed or maintained fire doors for the first time we can offer clients a service level agreement for a set period of time. Under the service level agreement the client will qualify for a routine inspection, maintenance and service of the fire doors and repair or exchange included parts.
We provide three options for clients to choose from depending on their needs. These are as follows:
SILVER COVER
Our Silver level of cover includes an annual inspection of each door once a year and a certificate of conformity issued for each compliant door. Additional visits and parts are all excluded under this cover type.
GOLD COVER
This includes Silver Cover plus additionally at the point of annual inspection, annual maintenance with all included parts fitted at as part of the cover. Should we be required to revisit to fit included parts then this visit will be covered also.
PLATINUM COVER
This includes Gold Cover plus an application-based report. An additional included inspection visit per quarter is also covered when requested by the customer. Floor plans will be charged on a per floor basis.
